Terms, Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments

Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit. Late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that we can honor the next client's time.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

Refunds

Treatments are non-refundable once performed. Unused prepaid sessions and packages may be transferred or applied toward other services at our discretion. Retail products may be returned unopened within 14 days.

Promotions

Any promotion we run is subject to availability, applies only while advertised, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Membership terms are set out on the Memberships page.
