The sauna pod
Infrared sauna vs. a traditional sauna: why the pod feels gentler
People who hate saunas usually hate one thing about them: the hot, airless room. The Revolutionary+ pod gets you the deep sweat without it, because infrared warms your body directly rather than the air around you.

Heat the body, not the room
A traditional sauna heats the air to well over 150°F and waits for the air to heat you. Infrared skips the middle step. The light warms your tissue directly at a far lower air temperature, so you reach a deep sweat faster and never feel like you are breathing an oven.
| Revolutionary+ pod | Traditional sauna | |
|---|---|---|
| How it heats | Infrared warms you directly | Hot air, which then warms you |
| The air | Cool — your head stays outside the pod | Hot and dry, the whole room |
| Session | 30 minutes does the work of much longer | Often longer, in rounds |
| Extra | LED light runs alongside the heat | Heat only |
| Leaving | Get out whenever you like; you can see the room | Open the door |
Head out, body in
You recline with your body inside the pod and your head outside it, in the room. You can see, talk and leave whenever you want. Clients who find a conventional sauna claustrophobic usually find this the easy version.
The other half: LED light
The pod runs LED light therapy alongside the infrared. That is what makes it useful for skin and recovery, not just for sweating — and why it earns a place in a wellness plan rather than being a hot box.
Who it suits
- Sore from training
- Stiff from a desk
- Sleep has gone shallow
- You want a sauna without the airless room
Not for you if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or take heat-sensitive medication (ask your physician first), or had a skin procedure in the last week.
Pair it with a drip
Sweat first, refill after. Thirty minutes of infrared opens circulation, so an IV drip lands on a body that is already primed. It is our most requested pairing. The V.I.B.E. sound bed is the other natural partner: heat loosens the body, sound settles the mind.
$45 a session. Two a month included with Thrive and Radiance, four with Harmony and Vitality. Two or three a week is where it compounds.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes or a swimsuit. We provide towels.
How often should I come?
Two or three sessions a week is where the benefits compound. Drink water before and after.
