REFUND POLICY

At CareHarmony Medspa, our goal is to provide each client with high-quality, customized care and exceptional results. Because our treatments are medical and aesthetic in nature, and require preparation, staffing, and product use, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness, professionalism, and consistency.

 

Industry Refunds

 

It is standard in the medspa industry that refunds are not typically provided for services rendered or prepaid treatments due to the time, products, and medical expertise involved. Results may vary from person to person, and outcome-based refunds are not guaranteed or offered.

 

Our Policy

 

1. Services Rendered – No Refunds

 

Once a service has been performed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any treatments already completed, regardless of perceived outcome, as results may vary based on skin type, health conditions, and other individual factors.

 

2. Prepaid Packages & Series

• Non-refundable: All prepaid packages are non-refundable.

• Transfer Option: In certain cases, prepaid sessions may be transferred to another individual or applied toward other services of equal or lesser value with management approval.

• Expiration: All packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Retail Products

• Returnable Within 7 Days: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit only.

• Non-returnable: Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

Please review our separate Cancellation Policy, but note:

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.

• This policy ensures fairness to all clients and helps us maintain availability for those who need care.

 

5. Treatment Reactions or Concerns

 

Your safety is our priority. If you experience an unexpected reaction or concern, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. While we cannot offer refunds for treatment dissatisfaction, we will gladly schedule a follow-up evaluation to address your concerns, and if appropriate, offer a corrective treatment at our discretion.
